And, planning to swim challenge again this month- 30,000 meters.

I am trying for platnium, but I don;t think I will try two-a-days so if I miss a day it will just be gone. 1 for 1 with a tough 15k race today. Last race of the season. Now the training begins again...

What the heck, I'm in. I figure the best way to get my legs back after sporadic running due to injury is lots of short runs.

Just got back from my first run and I sure hope they don't get any worse than this one. 25 degrees, 10 degrees wind chill, 3-4 inches of snow on the ground, sleet blowing in my face. Not fun. But there's no way I would've gotten out the door if it weren't for this challenge.

Just back from a 30 minutes run (first run in 2 months) . 1 down, 99 to go

I'm in, I need something to get me motivated! Especially with the cold weather we've had lately!

Count me in. My ultra was cancelled due to the fires recently, but I need the xtra ooomph to get my runs in daily. :-)

just saw this and missed today so I'm already playing catch up! what the hell...will be interesting to see if I can get the frequency in.
