I'm in. Running is my limiter, so I started running everyday 3 weeks ago. Results so far, I have lost 7 pounds and running is easier and faster. No structured runs, just running 30 -60 minutes , alternating shorter and longer. I don't know if running is becoming easiser because of the lost weight or the consistency, but I'll take both results.

I really want to get my running back to where it was 10 years ago. So I'll say I'm in for Bronze, which should also be a good lead up to Ralph's. Can't believe I'm actually saying I'm in for this, but I guess I better HTFU. The results will be worth it.

damn dev. i am injured since IMF and get a cortizone shot on Monday in the hamstring. i LOVED our 100+ days in a row last year and hate to miss this one.
i will figure something out.....

I'm in though it will probably be Jan before I can start running seriously due to a injury.
Can aqua jogging count if you have a injury that prohibits normal running? I have a x-ray as proof.
