Hmmm, I've been using for google spreadsheets for a while now to share course information with my TAs. I've never seen any way to make it editable (that's not a word) globally. Good luck, though.

I'm in... missed day one but got a run in this evening- 79 degrees outside, and breezy. Gonna have to get a lot of doubles in as we head to Alberta in 3 weeks for 12 days and I aint sure if my body would last 30mins outdoors up there!!!

Just post an email or PM it to me and I'll add you in. It looks like once I do that, you need to set up a google account too before you can actually edit your entries.

Hey, me too! I did a 5K yesterday in tow with 2 highly fit German Shorthaired Pointers. Our first mile was 5:30 (and I can only run 7ish min miles on my own in a 5K)! The last mile was all 8 dog legs pulling me to a PR by about 1min 30 seconds (19:05). Needless to say, I'm extremely sore today...and I still got out for a 35 minute run (er...slow jog on dirt). Maybe I should upgrade to Silver : ).

OK, so I'm officially in the record book now.

Sat. 12/01 - 51 min. on trails at Belmont Abbey College. Pretty sluggish after 5 days freezing my buns off for 10 to 12 hours a day in Chicago. (Yes, I know it's not too bad yet for the natives, but for an under-dressed NC boy it was plenty.)

Sun 12/02 - 52 min. BAC trails. A bit snappier today, for the most part.
