I have only the last version of the Neo, which fits very good with the P5D. I know there was a Neo previous version for which some bikes have issues with, not sure if the P5D could work with that one.

Thanks, I’ve got the Gen 2 neo as well, nice to know it will fit.

just to clarify, what I have is the latest version of the Neo 1 and it works perfectly. I don't have the Neo 2 that was released on last year, but should work with that one I think.

Really? no other solution adopted by anyone ?

I haven't found any other solution than the provided barfly out-front mount, either. This one requires complete removal of the mount to get the bike computer off. :-/

Same here, would sure love something easier. I have the k-edge tt mount but if rather use something like the stock option. Maybe the 50 degree bend bars will help but I think there will still be clearance issues.

I initially just replaced the stock screws with longer screws and a plastic spacer to drop the Barfly mount low enough to turn the garmin. Cheap fix and just bought some stainless screws from Home Depot. 45mm I think. This works but not if you like your arm pads close together like I do. When I have my arms close together there is no room to use the top mount bottle or see the garmin unless I move my hands. Not ideal. I then mounted the garmin using the rear bottle bolt as pictured. I then mounted a bottle cage underneath using the barfly bolts as pictured. I use the bento box for a tube and CO2.

That seems like a really bad solution to the water bottle issue.
There is little to no way that doesn’t completely jack up the airflow and aerodynamics coming into the front end.

The bars are too close together for how they wanted it set up to do a BTA bottle setup with the game from what it sounds like. So he flipped the bottle in front of the headtube. All the bike companies have spent a small fortune cleaning up that area. Putting a water bottle in front of it seems like a bad idea.

No doubt that undermount bottle would create extra drag. This setup is for training only. I use the bike for time trials and everything is stripped down for that. This just gives me an extra water bottle for summer riding.

Has anyone converted the downtube bottle into a spare tire kit? I would love to see how you did it, and instructions for the best way to accomplish the project.
Thank you so much.
