Didnt think it was going to be possible but here’s Morf bars (or whatever they’re called) on the new P5... presumably means its possible to do other bars too should you really wish!

Ps someone asked earlier in this thread but im being told by my LBS that P3x cockpit will be available start of June. Cost for the P3x kit is ~£400 for riser and pads and my LBS is offsetting ~£300 from the standard kit. So a pretty reasonable exchange i think.

NB: alledgedly Cervelo wont supply P3x extensions as well in this instance so having to buy these separately which due to stock is a bit of an issue here to get something similar here in the UK atm... would be very interested to know if anyone has had a different experience on Cervelo’s stance on this?

what are you doing with the old one?
I would do the same as i have a older p5 but it seems like a lot of trouble to get rid of the old one and my wife says i am on a one in one out policy going forward....

The main problem is always the wife :)
I exchange one for another, but the store gave me about 1/3 of the price when i bought it 4 years ago :(

Now that there are bunch of you that have the new P5d in hand, wondering if any of you are in the San Francisco Bay Area. a few of you have asked me to develop a rear box for it, in order to do so, i need to have physical access to a couple different sized bikes to measure and test fit. I would offer you a resulting box at my cost for your help. It would take about 30 minutes for me to take the measurements. With a couple subsequent visits to test fit the resulting box.
