Looks like we already have Cousin Elwood, Woleai, and CPTChaos all making an early surge for podium position.
OK as for scoring, I just completed compiling an excel spreadsheet, which is on my work PC. Once I get the data over to my home PC (which is currently the one connected to the net....my neighbour's usecure wireless that I poach using my work PC seems to have crapped out...), I'll post the standings.
To everyone, please feel free to post your daily workouts as you complete them, but don't post your POINTS total till the end of the day. Post descriptions of your workouts too as it is always interesting to see how people are getting their points. At the end of your day, post your points in BOLD. This way, when I get up the following morning, all I need to do is scan the posts quickly and enter the points into the spreadsheet and then upload to ST.
After my 230 point day yesterday (basically I was trying to do a half Ironman worth of training), my legs felt heavy this morning...almost like I DID a half Ironman.
So far today, I have managed 30 min on the rollers+60 min run+30 min weights (actual lifting time). There was snow on the ground and minus 5 C this morning. I was hoping that it would warm up for a PM outdoor ride, but I think I might hit the trainer for an hour before supper

OK, results as of 5:20 pm on April 7th. I will try and compile them moving forward by 9 am EDT each morning, so try and get your results in before you go to bed the previous day. I've just put the results in alphabetical order so that there is no "top or bottom" of the standings, but I am sure you know who you are trying to hammer. If I missed you just repost your results tonite and I'll get them tomorrow morning. Finally, anyone know of an easy way to save Excel as a jpeg rather than doing a screen capture?
Edit: And unless you post a picture of your riding position, it is assumed on ST that your seat is too high. By the way, if possible at your next "posting", please post your age group please.
