Swim: 60 minutes: 40 points
Bike: 155 minutes: 77.5 points
Run: 90 minutes: 90 points
Total for day 3:
207.5 - total for 3 days: 660.5 Tomorrow is going to hurt as the 4 days of hard training will be about as much as I can take without overdoing it. My plan for tomorrow is a 30 minute run in the morning, masters swim at noon, and then a 4.5 hour brick at race intensity (Race sim). At least the weather should be nicer! Thanks!!!!
