Here is the plan for today (there is friggin snow on the ground...but not enough to XC ski)
AM: 90 min roller+trainer ride (hard) and 80-90 min hilly Wildflower simulation run
PM: Assuming the roads clear up, either 60 min outdoor ride on Powercranks or 60 min roller ski (seems to work my legs more than riding). I'll be trying to do something like the pic below, although I will have a helmet and my abs don't look quite that good (then again, she's the best that Norway offers:
