Hey Dan,

Seat Height : 735
Pad Stack: 625
Pad Reach: 563

Would I fit on a large Premier Tactical?

Yes - you should have plenty of adjustment with a large.

Is there a safe way to estimate a size for my wife? She is 5'3-1/2"

I found one online where the guy says it's a 52 frame. I don't see that on your website.

Our bikes have a code below the BB. It will say XS, SM, MD or LG along with some of our internal code numbers.

At 5’3” she would be on our XS.

Is it possible to mount the Wahoo Element Bolt on the aerobars? Looks like the K-edge mounts are for a 22.2 mm diameter and the Tactical bars are a little bigger.

Hey Dan, I'm having trouble doing the magnet calibration on my tactical. Could you share the location of the drive side magnet? I think mine might have fallen off

First take a quarter and open the crank arm sensor - then close it again and see if the green light comes on. If not you may need a new battery. Next, the magnet is inside a foam pad stuck to the frame near the BB about 25 mm rear of the crank axle. If that is missing Pioneeer” is no longer so I’m not sure what you can do. Maybe another magnet will work. You can still YouTube Pioneer single arm and see what everything should look like and how to set it up.

Now that I give it more thought - that is the procedure for the left (non-drive side. I don't think you need a magnet on the drive side unit but you may still need to check the battery. Its been a few years since I worked with the Pioneer so YouTube might be the best resource.

Thanks Dan. Seems like I'm SOL. Ive been riding without power for a year so it's a bummer to only discover this issue now. Magnet is gone it seems, and with a fresh battery I get a "transmitter issue " (10 seconds of red lights) according to the cryptic pioneer manual.

Try Youtube and see if they have an answer at Pioneer. Back in the day they had some good tutorials. Maybe its a pairing issue.

Dan - do you have a recommendation for a good bottom bracket replacement? I was looking at the Token TF24, but what are your thoughts?

I wanted to give a big "THANK YOU" to Dan for his help last weekend.

I was at Ironman Florida and was reassembling by bike, but noticed I had a derailleur problem. I had very limited shifting functionality... so I was a bit panicked! I went to the bike repair center at the event, but they were so backed up they couldn't offer assistance. At this point, I imagine myself riding 180km in 2 gears.... this wasn't good.

In desperation, I gave Dan a call and he patiently listened to the situation and spent the next hour troubleshooting the problem with me. Long story short, Dan figured out the issue and I was able to get the shifting to function properly again (it was a disconnected wire to the aerobars shifter). Dan thanks again, you saved the day (and my sanity)!!

I went on to have a pretty good race, but I suffered on the run (as always)!

I had an issue with one of my wheels playing nice with my setup. I want to stress it had nothing to do with the wheel itself but just a bit of a compatibility issue with my particular setup. So I reached out to Dan via email and he called me back a few hours later (while he was in Asia and I was at a college football game) and we spoke for a bit about solutions and advice. It was certainly a level of customer service that was very appreciated and didn’t go unnoticed.

Thank you all for your Black Friday Purchases!

We had a huge amount of orders for both Position One and PremierBike.

All the Position One items are filled or are being filled.

We have shipped some of the first wheel orders but, due to the large amount of orders, I'll need to fill the rest out of a new production run. I should be able to fill the rest of the orders in late next month.

Thank you for all the orders.
