Bingo, you got it. When I zoomed it in, it shows;

I just got my new IA 16 and it has a very strange crank. It's a120/90mm bcd 4 arm All the pictures I have seen of the bike online have a 110bcd. The reason this is a problem for me is I want to add rotor q rings. I ordered 5 arm 110 bcd rings going on what was in photos. Now will need to change the whole crankset. Do they all come with this crank. Could not find it on fsa website either.

Weird, perhaps FSA could not meet the production demand or timing the same way they missed the start date for the bicycles' production and 105 rear calipers were used.

110mm BCD is the better specification even if the new 4 arm design is lighter/stiffer/etc.

Did you ask your retailer to source the correct crankset and explain why you needed it?

Have had the IA 14 for a few months now. Has anyone experience slipping handgrips? Mine are completely loose. Can't get a good grip when out of the saddle.

I have read posts about slipping grips here and on another forum. It happened to me a couple weeks ago on a sweaty day with aggressive climbing.

Some folks suggested a spray adhesive to help. I may just ditch them entirely.

Hi Dave. Thanks for the reply. No I didn't. I didn't think that was an option. I just bought another crank. Bought a 105 for 120 euros and spacers to adapt the bottom bracket for 26 euro. I suppose I didn't think I would get any satisfaction from the shop. I live in Ireland and couldn't get the bike here so bought it online from the uk from leisure wheels cycles and had a felt dealer here build it.

I am not complaining about shop who supplied the bike. The spec said fsa omega compact which was what was on it so I suppose I didn't think they were obligated to change it. Am suppose I should have asked before replacing the cranks.

The bosses on the back of the AI 16 seem small. Standard bottle cage screws don't seem to fit. What size screws do they take?

You're the customer. I'm not suggesting they did something wrong. In my experience with many retailers they'll often provide an exchange or some degree of discount on the replacement of new items that come with a bike that you cannot use and provide the parts you prefer to use instead. Cassette swaps, tires, aerobar extensions, saddles, etc are all items that are seldom the perfect specification for discriminating or experienced riders.

Nonetheless, while your shop may not be willing to swap the used crankset now, there's a market price that'll offset the cost of a new 5 bolt 110mm BCD crankset. I recommend the THM crankset ;)

Anyone had luck changing out their crankset? I used a praxis adapter to put an Ultegra on my Tarmac, wanted to make sure that same process would work on my ia10. Looking to go from the stock 52 39 to a 52 36 and probly a little shorter than the 172.5's that are on it, unless you guys think it's not worth it. Running an 11-28 in the back. Live in the western part of Virginia and even my short 20ish mile loop is 1500ft. Or is it just time to HTFU?

I replaced the stock vision trimax TT crank with a BB30 Quarq Riken. I didn't have to change the bottom bracket the new crank fit perfect. There are lots of BB30 cranksets available that should work.

I also wanted lower gearing than the stock 52/38. I'm currently running 52/36, but have a some 50/34 rings ready to go if I have a really hilly race.

How many/what kind of spacers did you use for installing the Quarq?

I have put an Ultegra 52/36 on my IA1 and used the Wheels Mfc outboard adapter for BB30 - 24mm cranks. This one specifically: http://wheelsmfg.com/...-bearings-black.html.

No issues so far, it all works great.

That's pretty much what I'm running on the 14, Praxis+ultegra. No issues.

Does anyone know where to buy replacement arm rests for the bayonet on the IA116, I was in a crash this weekend and my left arm rest got all jacked up I'd like to replace it but the felt website only sells pads or the whole bar. Thoughts?

Start with the same place you purchased your IA16. Felt retailers will have access to Felt's customer service parts.
It is also possible to run any 22.2mm diameter extension-mounted arm rest on those Bayonet3 bars like:

3T:
The arm rest mounts for the extensions:

and the arm rests which come in carbon, alloy and compact (small) and comfort (large) designs:

Hi all - I did start another thread for this, but thought I would target my audience - any help appreciated..

'Ive recently purchased an IA10 and a Zipp 808 FC, and have been riding the IA10 with a Alloy training wheel. However, I have a race in a couple of weeks, so the Zipp is going to get an outing. The pads provided with the wheel are inserts, which look they would fit most shimano style brakes, but the Vision Trimax calliper appears to have a 'full' brake block.

Could anyone advise what pads / shoes I need to purchase to run the Zipp wheel or Zipp pads provided?

Any links would be appreciated, UK based.

Cheers,'

Any brake pad with a cartridge style pad holder that will accept a carbon insert.

BBB
Kool Stop
Shimano
TRP

There are literally dozens of options

Hi, you have one of the latest new deliveries of the ia16. It now comes with this new 4 arm cranks. The last few we received all had these cranks they just didn't update the specs. So the shop didn't swapped anything.
