No emails. I was on my lunchtime run (woes of having a baby at home - I have to squeeze in as many miles as I can whenever I have free time).

Highly doubt that's my real former coach. but maybe. I hit my workouts pretty much regularly with him and I wasn't randomly making stuff up in my summarization of the emails. So if he's saying I didn't follow his advice - he's kind of full of it. He wrote my workouts and I followed them to a T.

But, like I said, someone randomly registering and making a post probably isn't the guy. Maybe Herbert can confirm based on the IP?

For the record, I asked earlier today for a refund for the entire year (as touted in this thread) and haven't heard back either way. So it would seem odd they would post here (and register) and not email me back. Doesn't smell right.
