No man, you're thinking of "the Kavorka."

"The Sergio" is not a disease...you cannot "get" it. It's beyond getting, beyond living in fact. "The Sergio" is a way of life....a matter of being...you either have it or you don't.

Don't take it personally. Being picked last has nothing to do athleticism. You were probably just annoying and the other kids didn't like you.

Do you triple dare me? Paulo, you should really have scheduled the party for taper. Then you could have extended the athlete curfew to 11pm. Just imagine the craziness that could ensue on gatorade and powerbars then! Or are you planning on having The Sergio and Jonnyo asleep in their beds with you alone with the womens?... You are a genious!

Ever see the movie "The Tao of Steve"? It's a lot like that.

Taper is not a question of belief, there is abundant evidence the it improves performance. Not to taper is idiotic, and I'm being nice.

And yeah, I would say jonnyo is almost there, LOL... ;-)
Some (other than me) would say you don't know what you have just wrote.

Wow...The Sergio aura even transcends oceans...it is that powerful it enables one the 3+hrs of additional mental strength required to read all 37 pages of this thread!!

Paulo, as a close acquaintance and confidant of The Sergio, do you think the great one would mind a mere mortal like myself to quote one of his pearls of wisdom in my auto-signature? I would rather ask first out of respect, rather than incur an unforgiving mind blast on the last climb of tomorrow's brick run...

The Sergio won't mind you quote him in your sig file. Many have done it before and their life was forever changed after that. If you need any more The Sergio quotes, here are a few:

- I could drink some more coffee.

- Can I do an extra run?

- I didn't feel good swimming today.

- Yes, I'm up for Quiznos.

I read through most of this thread while I ate breakfast this morning, and then I went swimming.

We did an 8100 yd workout in 2 hrs, and I swam a best time for a 500 free at the end of a hard distance set.

I think The Sergio's aura is reaching all the way to Maine :D

maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
If you're injured and need some sympathy, PM me and I'm very happy to write back.

The aura of The Sergio is very strong in the coast of the Atlantic.

It is strong here, too. I had a great 2h bike ride, strong 1h run in the heat (had to go farther to get in all the minutes!) and then I still had the energy to clean my whole house.....

Yes, the aura of the Sergio is very strong on the East Coast. I was Sergio powered during my sprint race this morning. I had so much aura-fuel that I did not need to consume any calories during the race...

Just ran an 18 miler, and it felt like someone was pushing me along.

This is **The Sergio** thread. I was just lucky enough to be the vessel that escorted The Sergio's aura to the finish line in first...

Can Sergio's Aura carry me through my winter run program?

And if used correctly how much should I expect my run improve?

Is there an unlimited supply of this Aura? If not then when demand goes up will there be an embargo?
