If you are refering to my form, I ran like crap the whole 26.2 miles....for me anyway. I could not get my feet to roll. It was "clomp, clomp, clomp" the whole way. This is a problem that I've worked really hard to fix over the last 4 years (it was terrible in high school).
Looking at the picture *I'm* seeing too much leaning at the torso. Look at one of yours and you'll see the difference. You stand up pretty tall, which is GOOD. When I lean forward, my center of gravity hits above the forefoot (when I'm intending to land on my heels) and causes the foot to SLAP right to the ball of the foot.
Consequently, my left ankle was incredibly sore the next day. I think 112 miles on the bike prior to this didn't help my form much.
