If you are refering to my form, I ran like crap the whole 26.2 miles....for me anyway. I could not get my feet to roll. It was "clomp, clomp, clomp" the whole way. This is a problem that I've worked really hard to fix over the last 4 years (it was terrible in high school).

Looking at the picture *I'm* seeing too much leaning at the torso. Look at one of yours and you'll see the difference. You stand up pretty tall, which is GOOD. When I lean forward, my center of gravity hits above the forefoot (when I'm intending to land on my heels) and causes the foot to SLAP right to the ball of the foot.

Consequently, my left ankle was incredibly sore the next day. I think 112 miles on the bike prior to this didn't help my form much.

Food for thought.

Paulo, you, The Sergio and pals are always welcome at my place! We have Quiznos and ice cream here! Heck, none of us would ever see each other because we would all be out training the whole time. I can cook - and I have internet, couches, dogs, a pool, everything - but no mountains!!

Jonnyo, someday you will learn that there is a difference between "cooking" and "making food."

Making food is when you boil some white rice and fry a couple eggs.

Cooking is when I make an arugula and pine nut salad, veal osso bucco with shitake mushrooms over saffron rissotto, and homemade rasberry gelato all from scratch.

And what's this about guys cooking??? The Sergio and I are Old World guys, we expect for the WOMENS to cook ;-) That is why PoolDog there gets major points, hehehehehehehe...
