<we started to run some 5:30 miles and my heart rate made it to the roof....my heart rate monitor started to BEEP BEEP....sergio looked at me with a smile asking me if we needed to slow down.....i quickly came back saying that no...my heart rate had actually slip down to Z1 >

ok....looking back at the day...i may have got some numbers wrong....i m really exhausted and maybe it was more like 6:30 miles....anyway...who s splitting hairs....

Ha Ha! That's still very impressive, but I'll have to admit that I was feeling extremely humbled until I read this last part. I'm still humbled, as I should be, but 5:15 pace?!!

Have you tried the no taper taper on any of your athletes? I'm thinking it would be perfect for you to get jonnyo on that program for Kona. You can then use The Sergio as a control group to see if it works.

You seem to forget that The Sergio doesn't like attention, that is why The Rappstar started this Thread in the first place. The good thing is that The Sergio doesn't see the people, the people see The Sergio.

What The Sergio likes about Lava Java is the free wireless. There's nothing like coffee with a taste of free wireless... it tastes like... The Internet!
