There is some furniture. Right before I left we got a plastic patio table and four plastic patio chairs. I believe total cost was less than $20 for everything...

actually...sergio as been part of the secret organization of IRONMAN ALASKA. the race will be in july in the city of kodiak.....he like coldish weather also and nice breeze from the ice peak around....

nop....it s just the fatigue that as kick in now....i dotn feel like writing much right now and try to use all my energy to recover..... more posting as i feel better....dont know when......

You will feel better the week prior to the race... you have done tapers in the past so you know that the first few days you just feel like crap...stay positive...

are you guys doing the 5K on sunday the 15 or is it completely out of the question?

Rappstar/Paulo....what is THE SERGIO training plan for this weekend? In hopes of some of his greatness rubbing off, the cult of THE SERGIO needs to know what workouts to do for this weekend so that we can net some last moment speed (or should we rest)...
