I found one in a shop in Stockholm, Sweden. It was ordered as a frame set. Should be interesting to see the final build.

Hi,

I bought a Cervelo P5 six and when I try to tight the stem clamp bolt M5 at 6Nm, the handelbar move around the fork like if there was no bolt at all.
What's wrong with my stem and my fork?

Also, why there is so much space between the front fork brake cover

thanks

Denis
PS: I live in Switzerland so sorry for my English

The spacer is designed due to the size of wheels and space between wheel/brake. You can put washers on the outside of the brake to close that gap if you wish.

Here is photos of mine. I have my brake pad ~1mm from the wheel rim.

- Brakes normal

- Brakes released

Ok, but it looks not well finished for an expensiv bike compare to the integreted brakes from other brands :-(
And what about the stem? Any idea?

I partly agree. I understand the logic due to the wide range of wheel thicknesses available, and still have the ability to release the brakes. I'm going to install washers on mine for that extra "clean" look. Otherwise, 3D print some custom ones.

As for the stem, I'm not sure. Do you have the step cap on tight as well?

Hi Damon,

I recently went from a High-V position to a Low position with 25 mm FSA spacers and wanted to get a little input.[/img][/img][/img][/img][/img]
Do you think this set-up would compromise stability or aerodynamics or have any other negative impact? If yes, is there another way of getting somewhere in between the 105 mm stack of the High-V and the 60 mm stack of the Low position (I'm only using 1-5 mm spacer underneath the bar)?

Thank you,
Rick

Not sure if you can, but... If you move the plate to the top of the riser stack, just under the pads, it'd probably help decrease all of the force/leverage your arms exert outward. The only down side would be the bottle would be that much higher up, but it'd be no different than if you were running zero risers with a bottle between your arms. I hope that makes sense.

Sorry. No idea then. Perhaps taking it apart and posting photos as you reassemble will help?

Terrapon,

Ok, I can see those photos. For the brakes; you can use a standard spacer (can be found on pretty much any brake caliper) between the shoe and caliper arm. This will allow you to adjust the caliper so that the gap is closed up nicely. Then, if you use a wider race wheel, you can simply remove the spacer and make a small adjustment.

For your stem bolt; there should be a little hex nut in the other side. Is it not there?

How easy do the nuts screw onto the bolts when not in the bars?

Thanks for the input! My back was getting a little twingy, so I went back to the High V position... no more spacers.

Pics not great, but there seems to be some threads missing from the end of those bolts; thus tightening the stem may be a 'bit' difficult. However, I hope this is not the case, as how would you not notice that?

I can't believe it. I finally have my P5 51. Thanks to Landry's bike shop in Natick, MA for their help with the fit and setup. This thread has been extremely helpful! Thanks Damon and Dave for your help and assistance a year ago :) BTW, I do notice that the cables routed from the steering area into the frame is rubbing. I'll have to take some better pictures of that area later.

Nice! Make sure you measure the stem height. May need the 200 with that spacer there, but it is better to be lower than the stem than higher.

So which is lower? The stealth 200 or 300? due to my set-up I need the lower option.

Lowest is the Stealth Pocket 300 at 1.9" high.

Stealth Pocket 200 is 2.5" high.
