The Sergio is out training now. When The Sergio trains, the world waits in baited breath to know if the session was good. I am nervous!!!

Yesterday was the double long run... What's on the schedule today??? Some ST members prefer to know what he's eaten for breakfast or what he's wearing, I prefer to know how he trains and what type of workout he does.

Thanks for sharing...

Can I suggest you start referring to yourself in the third person as "The BIGZACH?". The womens will fall at your feet.

I think to capture the European flavor and mystical origins of the The Sergio, BIGZACH should refer to himself as The ZACH BIG.

You have got it wrong. The Jonnyo did a double run part of a day where he ran 40+ k's.

The Sergio didn't run twice yesterday. For The Sergio, once is enough.

For those that are interested in training details:

The Jonnyo just asked when he would have a recovery day. I giggled a bit but The Sergio started to laugh so hard that he had difficulty going out for his bike ride. Best joke I heard all week!

To train too much: a coach who overtrained the athletes before the championship.

"To train too much"
---------------------

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahah....THAT is a good one :)

May I remind you that you are talking about The Sergio's world...the word...what did you call it?...oh yeah..."overtrained"...does not exist in that world.

However, there is an affliction similar to what you describe that reduces mere mortals to sobbing lumps of flesh should they dare attempt to keep pace with The Sergio.

Don't forget, this weekend will be the second annual "The Sergio" look-alike contest. I dug up pictures from last year's event:
