Yesterday was the double long run... What's on the schedule today??? Some ST members prefer to know what he's eaten for breakfast or what he's wearing, I prefer to know how he trains and what type of workout he does.

You have got it wrong. The Jonnyo did a double run part of a day where he ran 40+ k's.

The Sergio didn't run twice yesterday. For The Sergio, once is enough.

The Jonnyo just asked when he would have a recovery day. I giggled a bit but The Sergio started to laugh so hard that he had difficulty going out for his bike ride. Best joke I heard all week!
