Klep is not happy with todays training, 26x200m alone in Portugal was not an easy task! He mentioned he's going to talk to Paulo and on his birthday everyone should do 23x400m...just to make it even.

2:45 average on 3 minutes for LCM is pretty weak Klep... You might need to repeat the workout tomorrow...

The Sergio has just returned from the pool and would like to thank all of his fans. The worldwide love for The Sergio helped push him above and beyond during his tough morning set. Thank you to everyone on behalf of The Sergio...

I had the very tough job of fending off the hordes of women who kept trying to jump into The Sergio's lane. Several people resorted to writing their names and phone numbers on kickboards and throwing them into the lane, but Jonnyo managed to keep them out of The Sergio's way. Paulo, of course, spent most of the morning being useless... Typical Paulo...

The poor guy had to swim 6k with 26x200 ALL ALONE... LCM! Talk about useless!
