I would love to see her recover to top 5
Much respect for not having a great day on the bike, fight, and then still make a nice comeback.

Ryf looks like she's limping?

And what happened to Lange's buddy to ride behind this year?

Frodeno with six miles left at 7:13. Six six and a half minute miles and he runs 7:52 which is record time

Jan will take Lange’s record too. He needs 6 minute miles for the last 5 and still has 2 minutes to spare.

We are probably looking at three or four guys under 8 hours. On a day with some wind. Pretty amazing.

The only asterik is it would have been even better if Lange was healthy.

I noticed that he does that while I was watching some 70.3s he was doing. Brownlee was always attacking off the front, and then yelling at others to take their turns too. Surging back and forth on the bike to break the competition works for shorter distances, but will just break yourself on an Ironman. He's got to un-train himself from doing that if he want's to keep from blowing up on the run.
