Can't imagine Daniela would voluntarily let herself drop from a group of other women. She's definitely off.

what the heck is going on with ryf!? i know she’s a 2nd half racer but she’s not looking herself.

I think he will be on the podium... especially with Lange and Mcnamee out.

She isn't looking great.

Ali is probably going to be there. This is Frodo's race now.

Ryf was grabbing her stomach.

TO, Frodo and Ali are working well together. Clearly benefiting TO for podium and looks like the race for first will be Frodo vs AB (with Frodo’s race to lose)

Men's race is a lot closer then I thought it would be. Only just over two minutes between the top 10.

Jan for the win. If he has this type of energy t drop TO and AB it's his race to lose.

Apparently lange had a fever. Where did that info come from? Looked like he was riding hard one minute (by himself) and then just gave up.

He just looks so cool and calculated. Keeps missing bottles though... hopefully that won't be a factor.

I think something happened just after Hawi. A gap seemed to develop at the same time as we lost pictures of the men’s race

Will Wurf and sebi train make a charge this late into the bike and try and close anymore?

Yup but he will be able to manage a lot better running in front than chasing. He knows a 2:42 gets it done based on where’s he’s at and who’s behind.

Lieto just said if Frodo runs a 2:45 he'll break the course record.
