Wurf reached out far for a Hi Five from Frodo on the out & back, and Wurf got nothing but air!! Frodo was like, "FU! This giant German sausage crushed you on the Bike today."

On the Women’s side Ryf is done. 12 minutes back. No way she pulls a 2013 Rinny. Lucy and Haug are my picks for 1-2 (don’t know which order though)

80/20 Endurance Ambassador

Not totally unexpected. Haug was 3rd last year with the best marathon. To me she may end up being a slightly better version of Rinny since she doesn’t lose too much time on the swim, can bike with the chase group and has a killer run.
