5 x 200 on 3:30 w/u
5 x (50 kick + 100 fast) 1:25-1:23
5 x (50 kick + 200 fast) 2:55, 2:51, 2:47, 2:46, 2:46
5 x (50 kick + 100 easy)
some fly and breast kick
maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
