The difference is that when people go to see the movie, they expect poop. When they open The Sergio Thread they don't.

Of course that when I talk to BIGZACH I don't know if I should expect poop or not. That is not good for BIGZACH.

I tried making such a request once. The next day I strained my hamstring and couldn't run for 6 months. I since switched to triathlon and have been very happy. I know it was in The Sergio's grand plan the whole time.

His mind blast is only used for the good of us all.

jonnyo, Great commentary on the bike ride! Keep the updates coming thye keep us mortals going.

I'm tired just from reading it... :-)

Compared to that our ride here was a ride in the park! The most exiting thing was to drop klep during the second of the 45min Zn3...I guess it was my bike getting some revenge, since he calls it "triciclo" (tricycle). ;-)

Before you ask...No, I don't ride with the little wheels on the sides...

Today the boys felt really tired, so they deserved an off day. So it's going to be a fun day of posting on ST, going out to the coffee shop, do some shopping, etc. Here's what little training they have for today:

SWIM

1000 choice

6x(25 kick + 25 CU + 50 overlap)

4x100 Progressive inside the 100, 45s, technique!

1000 Zn3

8x100 Zn2 LONG Stroke

200 relax



BIKE

2:00h Zn2



RUN

50min Zn2 + 8 strides with walking rests



The guys were absolutely ECSTATIC when they saw the schedule for today, they LOVE off days!

Certainly The Sergio wasn't tired.

You are getting soft, giving the boys and The Sergio such an easy day.

That is a very nice post though.
