Jesus. It took me 323 watts to break 52 in a 40 k. I'm taller at 6'2'', but weigh 10 lbs less. Thanks for the pic, this gives me something to try and mimic with my set up.

That is still awesome.

I am hovering in the 55-57min range at 300watts.

I predict I will be spending some big bucks in the near future.

I already did LOL. I have a Gen 2 Speed Concept, bioracer suit, tripsocks like Grill does, Jet Plus wheels with Supersonics and latex and Po9 helmet.
I just picked up some extensions and the piece that will let me use them for my bike so I can get my hands up like him and HOPEFULLY get more aero.

Started off wasting too much power on an early climb, watched my NP come down the entire rest of the ride. Got a bit crowded in the last 4 miles and my average MPH dipped a bit in that stretch. Also got hit (lightly) by a car at mile 60 which brought me to a screeching stop (it did a U-turn into the bike lane and I got down to a bout 15 before body checking the passenger door hard, didn't go down)... I hope the dent was deep.

Willing to take on any and all fit advice/criticism! I basically did this myself from lots of trial and error and YouTube.

Did a tri for the first time this weekend. Wasn't really sure how hard to go on the bike since I've never run afterward. So, just went with tempo/hard, but not a full TT effort. Anyway ... details.

1) 280 np/273 avg
2) 24.7 mph
3) 18.8 miles
4) 180 lbs
5) Felt DA, Zipp 808 front, Race Rim 80 rear. Newer Conti GP4ks and basic butyl tubes. POC Cerebal helmet. Castelli San Remo Road skinsuit (not the funnest for running...)
6) Some zigging and zagging through bike traffic for the first few miles. Could have avoided that if I was able to swim with any speed and saved some time.

Same race as you ctflower

1) np 258 ap 250
2) 23.5
3) 18.8
4) 186
5) new 2014 p2, 3t vola ltd bars, omega x brakes turbo cotton tires with latex tubes, sram 60s, giroa2, m2 top, torpedo bta
6) 1st mile and last mile on windy bike trail. Was in the lead by mile 12 on the bike which was awesome except I beat some of the volunteers directing traffic and helping coordinate the turns so lots of slowing down. Took the power steady. Also rode with peter Stetina the day before on "slow group ride" which was not that at all lol( at least not for me:)

1. NP 262 AP 253
2. 24.6 mph
3. 40k Olympic (Garmin had it at 24.27 miles)
4. 218lbs (I'm fat)
5. Fuji Norcom 1.3 with stock Oval 80mm wheels- aero jacket on rear. Conti 4000s wheels with latex tubes.
6. Got torn up by jellyfish in the swim that I felt most of the ride. HRM didn't work, but power was about what I had done the other two races for the series. Traffic at round abouts is the reason for the big difference in AP and NP.

I am apparently a brick, but I don't really know what to change to get more aero! In Roth I had a 240w NP and averaged 35km/h (21.75mph)

Power: 251AP / 257 NP
Speed: 40.4km/h (25.1mph)
Distance: 20km
Rider weight: 78kg
Bike: Canyon Speedmax Al 8.0, old hed jed disc rear, Planet X 45 CT front, Butyl tubes, 22mm Attack front, 23 GP4000SII rear.
Misc notes: I got caught up in a group, so my watts were lower than normal, last race was more technical but I had a 313w NP, 1st time with new basebar.
