with some pretty good photoshop work to black out the cervelo logo, add the felt, and blur it (in all 3 locations).

however, if it were to be truly believable, they probably should have blacked out the small painted section on the seat tube :-) That could have then gotten people wondering if it was a P3, or a Felt ;-)
