Paulo's swims are much nicer than mine. But for a main set here you go: 500s, 5x100, 4x50, 400p, 4x100, 6x50, 300s, 3x100, 2x75, 200p, 2x100 4x75. 100ez. 20x50 odds d/b, evens stroke/free all on :05 rest. 100ez. 1000pull. add in the warm up and cool down yourself.

Man, This aura thing is amazing, just so you people know, its reaches loud and clear in Florida. Since I have been participating in The Sergio thread I was wondering how the power of the aura will affect me, well I did a sprint tri this morning and my swim was 3 minutes better than expected... talk about Mojo.

Man, I wish I knew THE SERGIO! I feel cheated the only Portugese dude I know is The Guy, not a tri guy either. He is even from small mountain town, Meass or something like that near Coimbra. He did give me a great pre-race breakfast, cornbread in a bowl drenched in port wine and covered with sugar.

The Sergio and The Jonnyo are now watching the video of last years IMH.

They just watched a continuous loop of the 1/10th of the second that shows The Sergio crossing last years finish line.
