Yeah, we're back in action folks! The Sergio Thread is back.

For proper effect, I really think there should be some MC Hammer "Can't Touch This" playing in the background. Don't ask me why. Just seems right.

I led a clinic this morning for a local race next weekend. Someone came up to me and said "wait, I know you... You're the guy that knows The Sergio!" I said, "yup, that's me." (What else do you say?!)
