12/23 1:15 minute run= 75 pts
12/24 2:54 outdoor ride ( gotta love this "winter") =87 points ( filing a claim of discrimination against outdoor riding).
12/25 1:00 run= 60 pts
12/26 1:50 run= 110 points

Day 3 results (not sure if I have posted this yet): 50 minute run = 50 points.
Day 4 results: 1hour 53 minute run = 113 points.
75 minute w/t ride = 50 points.
Total for day 4 = 163 points
Total after day 4: I've lost track and am counting on Parkito!!! :-))

OK.. I am posting today's workouts NOW so I won't be tempted to do more. Lots of residual fatigue from the weekend..

DAY 4 Dec 26th

1 hour run w/ tempo 60 points
45 minutes weights 30
45 minute swim 30
todays total 120

No farting around during the weights and swim, either!

4 day total, I believe, 540.

Someone asked about points for mountain biking. I gave myself 30, not 40 for that....correct?

OK, I guess I will take SpinHo's lead and post my totals so I don't get tempted to do any more training today. I was going to add an 80 min XC ski this evening, but the slushy snow on the ground is not freezing over fast enough to make it anything less than a thrashfest...so better to rest and fight another day.

Day 4

Bike 60 min hard on trainer = 40
Run 30 min transition = 30
Swim 60 min = 40

Total today 110 points

4 day cumulative total = 549 points

I need a couple of big days if I have any hope of getting back on gold club pace. Its a stretch, but I'll need some good snow coverage to get enough XC ski miles to really get me back on track.

Time flies, almost half way... I think i need to swim and bike soon, i´ve only been running and played with weights so far...

A nice balanced day #4. Here's hoping my hamstring and knee problems are behind me so I can keep things rolling.

Run 40 min
Swim 42 min
Bike (trainer) 75 min
Total: 118

4-day total: 352

Boy, 1 ez day and it sure is hard to keep a 100pt daily avg going without throwing in a monster day.

23rd Total points = 110 (2hr mt bike/30 min run)
24th Total points = 75 (1hr 15min run)
25th Total points= 26 (was able to squeeze in a little)

Current Total = 211


The accounting department is revising your day 1 totatls as per follows:
2 hr mtn bike @ 30 pts/hr = 60 pts + 30 pts for run = 90 pts for day 1.
Outdoor biking is 30 pts/hr wjile indoor trainer et al is 40 pts/hr.

12/26 bike 1:00 on trainer = 60 pts


Bummer about getting sick. I figure it will affect at least 5% of us over the 10 day Virtual Epic Camp.

However, trainer time is still 40 pts/hr.

Allright, done for the day

Run- 60 minutes of hill repeats (my poor dad!), 60 points
Weights- 30 minutes, 20 points

My strength (core especially) training is about to hit overdrive. My happy birthday to me present (this Sunday) is a DeSoto TriKini. I just looked at this year's version. Holy crap! Emilio- you make it harder and harder on us girls every year!

Total for the day: 80 points

Total so far: 341

Time to get this training in gear if I'm going to meet my goal!

Yes, all outdoor biking is scored 30 pts/hr. Discrimination or not, retribution against those in southern climes or antipodean locales, that is the way it is being scored.

Also, you can see your total score in the results table. Make sure you are scrolling all the way left on the chart.
