Someone mounted their bike prior to the yellow line. Wonder if they'll get penalized?

At "Ralphs" in the spring, Luke was probably around 340 watts for the whole half...he has some real talent...this race could be freaking awesome!!!

Al-Sultan.... Stadler now.... Stadler asserting himself. This is a statement.

Stadler saying the race is on now.

Spencer's out with the first group, wonder how long USAT will allow him to ride before they wait for him to step out of line.

How SWEET was that to watch Norman go by Faris and have Faris pick up the pace to follow him. This is awesome coverage today.

that's a weird upper body positioning for Faris. His arms are angles down

I agree. That doesn't look like a restful position. Stadler looking a little more composed.

did Cam and Norman have great swims, or did Faris just have a shitty swim? He has to be pissed that this group is all over him. Especially if you listen to his interview on ironmanlive stating a strong swim was a part of his strategy.

It's still early in the bike, being a hero now 99% of the time will cause you to be a loser later. I'll be much more interested in how the bike leg is shaking out in three hours.

Babbitt just said "nice outfit" on Norman. My eight-year-old looks over and says "Nice outfit? He's wearing a bra!" Classic.
