I am going to try and join in with this as well. I'm guessing you don't need me to send an email as you have the workouts posted on page 1. Also, I am located in Columbus Ohio, do you coach a Tri group locally?
A fellow Ohioian! Hello welcome to the program. I am not currently involved with any specific team. I just moved here a couple months ago. Are you part of a club?
Would love to see everyone's progress posted once a week or so. I already lift regularly and have put on 10 pounds or so in the last year or so, and it's helped my endurance performance immensely. Those of us AG'ers need to realize that being super skinny is not the end-all be-all and that strength is far more important than most of us think. Have upper scheduled for tonight. Did lower on Monday and still slightly sore in glutes/hamstrings. Apparently I'm not used to all the squats/lunges. Warm up seemed slightly long but I imagine this will shorten as I get more comfortable with the exercises and don't have to stop, look them up, etc. Overall looking forward to tonight's workout and seeing how this develops.
Warm up should take around 15 minutes. During this phase I know people are shaking off the rest and need to spend more time warming up. You will get more efficient as you practice it more
