Thats what I figured to do I have my weekly mileage based on starting challenge on a tuesday. So Tuesday would take one run then take wed. off (planned ski day with the son on weds) then a run everyday after that. Just dont know if it will be a 4 miler or 6-8 miler guess I would go by how my body feels. Might even take two days off weds. and mon. What happened to JoeO did not see him on standings ?
