hey zach, hope you are feeling better in the morning. Sounds like a sad story, but I hope it works out in the end, meaning, I hope she likes you too, (at least better than she likes that creep)

You have got to be kidding me! Paulo - I have lots to donate if you want: microwave, chairs, table, etc. Seriously :)

Rod,

I really hate furniture and I did buy a microwave yesterday :-) So what I really mean is, if you want to donate something, send CASH! ;-)

Most of Sergio's post are great . I worked with portugueses guys about his age for 15 -20yrs. Their whole life revolves around gossip - pussy - wine - arguing . They end up dieing at 60 from diabetes , with a cigarette in their hand .

He has the health & pussy end of his life under control , I hope he does not argue or yell at people -- like " Feela de puta " " car -rye -loo " " pun a lay " .

....."I feel bad for Sergio, don't really wish I was him and think people that do are wierd. The guy can run fast tho."

You guys know the easy part is getting the chick to come home with you. The hard part will be keeping her there after she sees that finely decorated college apartment.

I would like to learn more about this fellow "The Sergio". Sounds like he eats a lot and still trains like a deamon. Do you think he could do the Peter Reid three week block as a warm up to his major Kona training session?

Do you think his coach just writes up his weekly training sessions as:

Monday - ride more then last week

Tuesday - swim a bit and ride more

Wednesday - swim some, run for a while and then ride more then last week

Thursday - rest day - ride a bit, but still more then last week

Friday - swim for a while. run a lot. more then last week and then ride a bit.

Saturday - ride really long - longer then last week

Sunday - run really long - more then last week. and ride some.

next week - repeat.

Let me get this straight...

Sergio left you in Portugal so he could go train with a bunch of guys in the USA and live in an apartment with no furniture except for a $5 plastic table and chairs?!!!

That is SO wrong!!! :)
