I just did an interview with Joshua Ross from
Addaero. Its a great coaching and athlete tracking tool. Others have mentioned that it doesn't quite have the back-end analysis but I've not found that to be a problem. I typically use golden cheetah and others like Strava for that. The price is MUCH better and they do a great job meeting the needs of coaches. The ability to plan, drag and drop workouts, manage a number of athletes, create group plans, add strength training is more is FAR superior to Training Peaks in my opinion. (QT2 Uses it for their training) I was an old user of Training peaks and switched to beta when they first moved over. I gave it a good six months and after many feature requests and bugs went unanswered I just dropped it all together.
If you want to listen to the interview we did a pretty darn thorough job in explaining the service. Josh also gave us discount code that you're free to use.
