Yup, pretty pathetic yesterday. Pro? Ha! M40-44, BOP.

Day 5 (my "1:30 triple" day):
Run: 1 hr. 30 min.= 90 pts.
Swim: 1 hr. 30 min. = 60 pts.
Bike trainer: 1 hr. 30 min. = 60 pts.
Total: 210 pts.

Big mahalos to dev paul and parkito for doing this.

So I'm having my annual holiday dip in motivation. It is still the holiday season, people are partying and shopping, and I don't want to get up at 4 to work out! Ok, rant over. Thanks.

Anyway, yesterday, 12/27, 0 points.

Today, 12/28: 35 minute run= 35 points
35 minute spin= 23 points
50 minutes weights/core work=33 points
Total: 91 points

i know what you mean. i keep telling myself it is the off season and the holidays so why train? but then i remember this challenge and it motivates me back to training. i don't think i could do the 4 am thing though. off to get my workout in now.

Hi, I am not sure if I already replied to this post, so I am repeating it for insurance. Outdoor biking is 30 pts per hr. Inddor -trainer, spinning, Sparks(?) is 40 pts per hour, So,...

23/12: 30' run: 30pts
24/12: 25' run, 2h45' outdoor bike: 25 + 110 = 135 25 + 82.5 = 107.5
25/12: 34' run: 34
26/12: 47' run, 2h06 outdoor bike: 47 + 84 = 131
47 + 63 = 110

total so far: 330 total = 281.5

Finally got some training in!!! slow start

Today, 1:20 biking, 55 points

last three days working 11 hour shifts on my feet at a big box retail store with no breaks, good for at least 5 points i'd say.

total, 60 points


I feel for you and those long hours, however, the points Nazi will not give anyone any points for standing around. That would come under the category of "Bad Transition Technique". He might actually dock you points for that. OTOH, if you have been standing around on cement slab floors all day, I really feel for you. Those floors just kill my legs.

Oh, the actual point of my post - the 1:20 biking - indoor or out? Indoor is 40 pts/hr and = 53.3 pts. Outdoor is 30 pts/hr = 40 pts.

I'll put down 53.3 until I hear back from you otherwise.

for 12-27: 32 min swim - 21 points; 98 min run - 98 points for a total of 119 points.

Note: I totally screwed up my own personal camp spreadsheet, summing the wrong columns - my goal should be 800. Thanks for tracking this for us and for getting rid of the dick....

Haha, is that so? You mean that a real american donīt speak swedish? It shouldnīt be in that way since half our population moved to Minnesota 200 years ago to be farmers :-)

Bike 1 (Trainer) :46 - 30 points 30.7
Run 1:25 - 85 points
Swim 1:10 (minus 5 minute penalty for socializing with lanemates) - 43 points 43.3
Bike 2 (Trainer) 1:08 - 45 points 45.3

Day 4 Total - 203 204.3

Total to date - 728


Really have to mind the P's and Q's. After all, the idea is more is more.
