Antipodean of some description? Seat was too high for half the season but it did get lowered.

How's your bento box?

anyway...today 18mi this am...no run tonight. Legs are a bit toast right now.
So, 83.5mi for this week so far. More than planned. With tomorrow as 6+6, all easy, saturday 20+5 and sunday 12mi, I'll hit 120mi normally.

I'll be damned if that's not some crazy Karno-esque mileage. I don't know whether to be inspired or afraid.

I'll bet you drive to the 7-11 down the street to pick up the newspaper, don't you?

He's probably the dude at the "Y" that drives around the lot for 30 minutes trying to get a spot 10 feet closer too.

He'll probably be extra motivated after I upset him yesterday. If we get him even more wound up he might overdo it, blow up and then not win :)

I have to ask, if you said that in real life would it be with a French accent, that would be way funny.

Keep up with a 120 mile week? If I'm allowed to include bike mileage maybe :) I don't think I've ever run more than qround 50 miles a week and my current mileage is a big step up from the 30 or so I was doing per week during race season. FM2.0's gonna win this one easily unless he hurts himself. Zut alors!

8mi this am instead of 6...still injury free ;-)

I don't get the newspapers at 7-11 and no, I don't drive everywhere...I'm still part euro... ;-)

Yeah, started 11/1, so 2 more days of the 2nd week, right?

I'm a little light this week since Sunday was a 5K race instead of along run - but speed is good :)

Re-post on Wed?

Week 1 weds - tues 52.5

Week 2 weds - sun 38.5

Total 91 to sun. Think I'm still on target.

I think bottomfeeder is totalling weds-tues weeks so i'll repost on weds with the full week 2 numbers.

FM, what are you running from???
