If I had 3 wishes today I would wish for:

-1. seal a business deal that I'm anxiously waiting on and it would go my way with no problems (with this I could get some new gear! and pay off my credit card!!)

-2. is a tie between shrinking my waist 2 or 3 inches with no adverse effects on my body, or loosing 10 pounds in an instant with no adverse effects on my body/life

-3. have my hair past my shoulders in the snap of a finger so I could pull it up again and do other things with it

you?

PS- i have an edit for wish 1. the business deal would enable me to contribute more to billy grahm's foundation, as well as contribute to heifer international--heifer is a big item on my list this year. in all honesty i would do this before getting any new gear. but i would def still pay off the credit card, that's for sure!

Support Crew, no, it is not a thread killer. Thanks for the reality check. As triathletes, we really take our health and gift for granted.

For myself:

Good Health (physical, emotional and spiritual) for my wife

Good Health (physical, emotional and spiritual) for my son

Good Health (physical, emotional and spiritual) for parents who are still doing well.

The money, toys, and tri performance for myself, are somewhat secondary. I am lucky to have pretty good overall health and great friends. Some new challenges professionally would also be great though.

ok, i guess this is a continuance of bitching, which I shouldn't do because my hair grows fast, but gosh I shouldn't have cut it. all of my hair clips and fancy hair brushes are just sitting there in misery. plus really the only pictures I have of myself are of my wedding...with my hair pulled up...it's driving me nuts!

1. Get an unlimited number of wishes granted after the other two.

2. Get my body back, both painwise and weightwise.

3. That my rabbits Trixie and Trigger will live forever, as I just think they are the coolest animals I have ever had the pleasure of sharing my home with.

Awesome thread. And Support Crew, that is definitely NOT a thread killer.

My 3 wishes:

1) Cure for cancer, Parkinson's disease, and nerve damage (Christopher Reeve's dream). Hopefully that can all count as one wish.

2) The woman of my dreams to be able to walk into my life and stay there.

3) To be financially independent and secure for the rest of my life, and to be able to do the same for my daughter.

Even cooler.. .press on their belly and their boobs grow. Twist a little knob in the back and they shrink back. That way, they're sized for us, when we want them, and sized for them when they want them scaled back for training/racing (I suspect they'd want them smaller for training/racing.)

1. Loss 20 lbs to get back to my old running weight and see what I could do with a Tri then.

2. Memories of Tri from when I was young. I started at 46.

3. A new job that had more flexibility for Tri training. Mostly a shorter commute.
