Middle of the afternoon here,so yes.

I think it really matters where you are in your sickness cycle. Some folks just shut it down right away, like Simmonds did, and she had the race of her life. Others take a day or two off and try and come back too early, and then end up still being on the upswing, or barley over the top of the illness. Seems like Sam got through it, so he could be good today, not sure about Blu. He seems to have a cold at every big race there is, but never seems to slow him down enough for the back markers to take advantage..

And this field is not really that deep or top heavy either, so he could win it with a 90% day, like he did at St George

Gonna try - this morning was my early wake up for long ride - but two glasses of wine in and finishing up the vuelta it’s already not looking good

Good for you being able to sit back with a cold one and just watch the whole race. I do plan to be up at 6am for the super league race tomorrow, so I can have my pot of coffee and watch some super exciting triathlon racing...

Marc Dubrick just looks amazing gapping everyone else, of course you would expect the top swimming in the WC to have a phenomenal technique but he does look amazing in the water and looks effortless.
