No, it doesn't sound OK. I agree it is against the spirit of the rule, no discussion, and on the bike, she may get a penalty for first offence. On the run, I have never heard about somebody paced by another competitor (not an external person) and being penalised. How do you prove it? Who has never latched on somebody who ran just a touch faster that you would and increase your pace this way?
