scofflaw - I live in Asheville NC. I can't walk more than 50yds without finding a beet better than that. My sample size is very large.

Face it the IPA and Pale Ale craze has gone on too long, there are numerous other types of beers just as if not more refreshing out there.

Branch out from large scale craft brewing & support your smaller local breweries. <- this may be the most important thing I've ever typed on ST and there are volumes of important things I've typed on here over the last 10-12 years.

Well after my 3 year break I topped out around 215. Down below 190 again now after my 30k meter swim week. The anticomeback continues....

Just stay on Ebay FishMox year round, as a precaution. Balance that out with 4x Greek yogurts daily. Post pictures of your bowel movements on Facebook.

FWIW I would postulate that SNPA started the craze and it remains Delicious. Sure there are better beers.

Stupid me started my own thread, when I should have just posted this here:

Personally I don't have any interest in a Fitbit, I log enough miles swim/bike/running (humblebrag) so I don't really care how many steps I take during the day. My wife however is interested in the Charge HR. I don't really see the benefit for her either. She's an active person, in good shape, goes to the gym 3-4 days a week and is in an active job where she spends most of her day on her feet and/or walking around. From my perspective the Fitbit is best to motivate inactive people to move around.

So those with experience, voice your opinions (not usually an issue here!) is the Fitbit a worthwhile purchase or would money be better spent on a new pair of running shoes or something like that?
