He's picked it up a bit. 3:11/km over the next 2.8k. I can't sprint that fast for 200m.

but lost 6 seconds/km to gomez over that period.

Frodo and Gomez look like they are putting it down.

Wow. Gomez has made up 30" since the bike. If he can hold on we may have a sprint finish.

In the race update Greg Welch mentioned Tim Reed and Tim Don had to run back to transition and put their helmets in the tupperware boxes. When did this rule start in 70.3s?
