I'm up to 5 minutes on the elliptical! who --hoo! marine corps, here I come! really though, PT I'm seeing that Doc recommended thinks its all instability and lack of my other muscles pulling their weight, so I've been not doing any working out (argh) but my exercises daily.....my goal is to at least be on my my fantastic cervelo in a month!!! :P let's hope.
