Michigan is just disappointing. Harbaugh may not be the solution but I still don't think they can get anyone who is established that is better
Michigan has the same problem in the Big10 as some of the teams do in the SEC. There are a few very dominating teams Michigan has to compete against every year for top placement, and that is very difficult. Bama and Ohio State are the 800 pound gorillas in their respective conference. Behind them you have UGA and Penn State who have been consistently good the past few years. With Michigan having to fight against OSU, PSU, Wisconsin, and now Minnesota, it's actually pretty good they win as well as they do.
I'm not a Michigan nor Big10 fan either. Just an observation
Not sure I would put Minnesota in the list and leave Iowa out.
With Michigan's stature and money they should be competing with OSU. End of discussion, Anything less is settling.. Right now they are settling. I am amazed at how much the Blue bloods say what the coach has done is enough, or good. It should not be. Saying you will compete with Mich State / OSU / Iowa is a joke. Cut your program budget in half and then you can talk about competing with the also rans.
