Odd that an old woman is wearing the same jacket in Feb of 2019 and Apr of 2018 in Reagan National Airport? Not really. She doesn't make Judge Judy money and she's a small woman, maybe she is always cold. Hard to see the rest of the outfit as it is long jacket.

edit- I see the same shoes and black pants. Again not odd to me for someone of her age to wear the same/similar clothes.

I mean, if I was looking for a conspiracy to prove that RGB had not been seen recently, I might latch on to a same/similar outfit 10 months apart.

But since I'm not, I choose to take the more likely answer, sometimes old people wear the same clothes all the time.

Consider the generational difference and what most of her peers do and wear. My 90 something year old grandparents wore the same or similar things all the time. She's only a decade behind them, so it doesn't seem that odd to me.

My winter boots are about 7 years old, and I own 2 winter coats, a good one and my everyday one. There is a pretty good chance that I'm wearing the same outfit today as I was on any given day last winter.

You know what else is odd.

The TMZ "reporter" caught her in almost the exact same spot at DCA. The Qdoba just down from the Xpress Spa. They might be 40 yards apart on the National Hall level.
