Odd that an old woman is wearing the same jacket in Feb of 2019 and Apr of 2018 in Reagan National Airport? Not really. She doesn't make Judge Judy money and she's a small woman, maybe she is always cold. Hard to see the rest of the outfit as it is long jacket.

I mean, if I was looking for a conspiracy to prove that RGB had not been seen recently, I might latch on to a same/similar outfit 10 months apart.

But since I'm not, I choose to take the more likely answer, sometimes old people wear the same clothes all the time.

Consider the generational difference and what most of her peers do and wear. My 90 something year old grandparents wore the same or similar things all the time. She's only a decade behind them, so it doesn't seem that odd to me.

I’ve worn the same jeans every day for a month, wear the exact same boots with them 90% of the time. These same jeans have been worn ~100 times and have never been washed. Nah, it’s not at all weird that she’s an older lady who’s photographed everywhere she goes and happens to be in 2 photos wearing the same outfit. Take enough photos and that could be any of us.

Cloudy and mid 40's in the morning and got up to 51 in the early afternoon.

I don't think it is that odd. That is the area where anyone that is being dropped off is going walk through. Since anyone that TMZ will be interested in would probably not be taking the metro, it makes sense to hang around that area.
