I was thinking maybe she may be labeled from her hometown as the tramp/Olympic dream crusher...while him on the other hand will be getting highly fives from every Tom Dick and Harry for years.

Not saying I agree with it but know that's how it might play out around where I'm from.

I don't think they play that way in Brazil...in fact for the most part the US and a few other western countries...well outside of the middle east, is largely individual and alone in this somewhat puritanical and old school mentality.

Yes, first American woman to win gold in wrestling. She beat Japan's Sauri Yoshida who won gold in the last 3 Olympics. Amazing.

sensational, she beat a legend in women's wrestling.

This was known to be the match to watch for a long time. Yoshida was probably one of the top 5-10 wrestlers of all time, of both genders.
