According to my extensive research, this is the best type of bicycle for lighter riders. Note the suspension saddle, to reduce rider fatigue over long distances, and the compact cranks, perfect for the high mountains.

Only if you weigh more than 200lbs, and thats an issue of fatigue loads on a frame (more of a problem for powerful riders (aka sprinters) and mountain bikers riding off road). I state again: get the frame that fits and dont worry about the material. There are carbon frames that are as stiff as anything out there and ones that ride like noodles. There are comfortable aluminum frames and ones that ride like buck boards. neither is the definitive answer. (and yes, the Felt IS probably lighter than the P3C, but the Cervelo is better aerodynamically and stiffer at the BB)

well the crevelo P3 carbon is supposedly the stiffest frame in the world
And it would be totally gay to ride something that stiff.
