Iâ€™m starting to do mostly all runs in my pain cave treadmill. My runs are usually in the afternoons and my city is not run friendly unless I make a 30 min drive.
My problem is that I have developed a pain in my bottom foot under my small toe. Iâ€™ve ignored it for 2 weeks but after a long run on the treadmill I was in pain the whole week. So I stopped running this week. Itâ€™s slowly getting better.
Anyone recommend a running shoe? I was using the ASICS gel tri noosa 11. I think itâ€™s a shoe problem.
I used those shoes for 2 seasons. They're not very forgiving. Not really a good shoe TBH. Almost like a racing flat just twice the weight.
Go for a more cushioned shoe, e.g Hoka or maybe Nike Pegasus turbo.
