Do I know the Norwegians will win?

But this is sports and you should be allowed to cheer for your country, team or favorite athlete.
(If I am not wrong, according to Radde. The best indicator for a win at Kona is being 2nd the year before)

I wouldn’t bet against either of them (or Ali Brownlee).
I think long course racing is in the early stages of significant change. Front pack swimming is becoming increasingly important. Making up 5 or 6 minutes deficit is going to take a lot out of the uber bikers whilst the fast swimmers are pushing but not crushing the bike and have something left for the marathon.
It’s a massive task to win both Kona and The Olympics but it’s more achievable than it was a few years ago.
