Wow, if the head and seat "tubes" get any longer they are going to meet in the middle and end up looking like a Trimble Aero-bike from the 80's. If it is non UCI, just enclose the rear triangle and be done with it, the ultimate in shading the rear wheel from air flow.

The trimble was remarkable for how bad it was in testing..

There was modern test data on it? Honestly, the aspect ratios on these aero bikes are getting so great that they are essentially becoming a wing with a little hole in the middle.

I did ride a Trimble back in the day and other than it not being that stiff (mine was a non carbon frame), I thought it was very fast. Even with a disk, I never had handling issues in the wind.

You're worried about the fork being uci legal? Take a look at the flare on the headtube! I seriously doubt that will be 3:1.

I think you told me you were doing that a while back, right? What did you decide to go with design wise?

So the electronic DA shifting is integrated in to the frame as well as the hydraulic setup. Nice

Murdered out...Flat black, white lettering. if you go to the Specialized website and look at the Venge, it's called "Project Black."

So the players are now...

Interesting to see the direct comparison between all of the "super bikes" and how much side area there is in the various frame designs. Seems like Scott, Specialized, Trek, Giant and Cervelo are all interested in seeing a deep head tube.

What is the hole in the top tube for. It looks pretty big but not big enough for a bladder?

What hole? Or, are you talking about the top tube storage mounts (bolt bosses)?

I love dumb comments like this. If you don't think it matters go ride a steel road bike from the 40's.
