Here's a few of mine I built over the last few months... I usually have 3-4 in the works at any given moment. Each one I built from the frame up.
Not picture is a Gary Fisher Chronos, a Tommaso Imola, a Scott Plasma CR1, a vintage Trek 5200, and a Felt IA4 that I'm about to start

Hello NOLA_TRI and All,
All are beautiful ...... really like the paint on the Scott ...
Any comments on features that make the build easier or more difficult .... features you might recommend manufacturers add or improve to make them quicker to assemble?
..... or features that might make them a better bike when assembled?
Cheers, Neal

Here's mine. Bought this in 2013 as a short term bridge to get me through residency which I'll finish this year. Been a great bike but time to move on. Will be upgrading after 70.3 Augusta in September to probably an IA 10 but I'll keep the build I've got and just swap it over. Blue Triad SL 2010
Drivetrain: SRAM Rival 1
Gearing: 52T x 11-32 for training and 11-28 for racing (10 speed)
Wheels: Dzmelyk Wheelworx out of Atlanta, carbon clinchers
Saddle: ISM PN 1.1
Power meter: Power 2 Max classic
**I don't race with the bottle cage on the down tube, just there for training :)

My recent "downgrade" from my P5-6. I wasn't doing enough TTs to justify a superbike and long&low just works better for me anyway. From the limited field testing I have done thus far this is faster for me than the P5. Sram force 1x11 setup with a Riken AL. Using my Light-Bicycle 90mm wide clinchers which I have run tubeless with the Vittoria Corsa Speed 23c tires. Sold my disc and will use a wheel cover or team disc for my few TTs a year.

Very clean nice set up. Can you give me your thoughts on X1 set up? Any problems finding correct gears? Thoughts on general. I am looking at having dedicated race TT bike with X1 on it.

The best thing I can say about 1x11 on the TT bike is that you just don't think about it while riding. I have no issues finding the right gear. It's wide enough of a range and it just works. The 11-32 cassette has a tight enough cluster for race pace while having the easier gears for getting around and up hills.
I run 1x11 on my crit bike as well.
I like the idea of the TT bike having only what you need on it and nothing more.

Nice bike, but a question about your wheels:
Is the front wheel clincher or tubular? Are they still available? I have never seen 100mm deep wheels anywhere else (unless you count the zipp 1080s). Is bisonwheels still in business, are they still selling any wheels?

I am a fan of the l-b wheels. I use their 45mm rims tubeless with corsa speeds for crits. The little they may lose to zipp in aero they make up for in fast rolling tubeless ability. Braking is descent, but not as good as the current crop of high end wheels. Using Swiss stop black prince pads narrows that gap considerably.
I love my IA16 just thought I'd put it here:
